I came through the drive-through and ordered a chicken quesadilla and when i got home i bite into it being completely cold. When I opened the quesadilla up the cheese was shredded cheese and completely cold and uncooked all the way through. When I called asking for at least a refund sent back to my card or a gift card emailed so that i'm able to get my food another time the manager told me theres nothing he can do unless I want to drive back and had a dead rude tone. We all know that fast food isn’t our immediate go to. However in a pinch or screwed up tonight’s dinner. I will be sure to order
Visited this taco bell location multiple times, and have had the same outcome; overcharged for food, poor customer service, as well as long wait times. Not only have I encountered an establishment that was poorly ran and a complete joke; but I’ve had my relatives experience same outcome! Recently, they were charged for 8 tacos with a total price of over $40+ dollars. They’re older, and usually don’t pay attention to the price until after coming home and reviewing the receipt.
Drive thru food is always good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
