We had to go back around because they always mess my food up and THEY STILL DID IT AFTER WE WENT BACK AROUND TO FIX IT THE FIRST TIME. How difficult is it to make a soft taco!!!??
Just awful service, ordered our food, went to pick it up and they 1.) misheard us and got our order wrong which is understandable yk it happens I get it, but when we brought it up, just tip toed around trying to fix it and didn’t offer any solution and after we tried to get it fixed got the window closed on us twice mid sentence. The worker was a bigger white woman with brown hair and glasses, didn’t catch her name but she was awful and needs some help with her customer service skills.
Placed an online order about 10 minutes before arriving and then had to wait another 30-40 minutes before finally getting my food. It was also very muggy and hot inside which made for an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience waiting for the food. Others who had placed orders well after mine received them before. Will not be returning
