I had one of the worst drive thru experiences I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The employee working the drive-thru had a rude attitude and acted like taking my order was a problem. The most ridiculous part was being told it would take 30 minutes to cook chicken at a fast food restaurant. The service was great because the manager was at the window and he was very polite, but whomever was working the back needs to be dealt with. I only had 10 cinnabon bites when i ordered 12. My potatoes in the bowl was dried out and pulley ( why not just say we had to fix fresh potatoes 😫) this is people who need to be fired. They make the restaurant look bad.
