The foods always fine but their customer service sucks. I called them and they answered hello. I wasn’t sure if I called the right number or not. And they were super rude.
Review I left on the Taco Bell website. I also want to point out the only resolution would have been a food handling violation. Tonight we went through the drive through and was handed the wrong order. Our order was for our family of 4 but were handed enough food for two. We didn't notice until we got home (20 minute drive) and were not willing to go back out. I called the store and the woman I spoke with was rude. Every time I come to this location they have a hard time hearing the customer and then they get an attitude with you and every female I have encountered here has horrible customer service skills and is rude!
It's taco bell. Either you know what it tastes like or you don't. But if you don't, you prob are too rich to care about the taste and should go somewhere else. I like this particular taco bell because any changes to my order they've always got correct, where many others would either not do the change or get it wrong. Wouldn't wouldn't recommend going during busy time.Because the wait time can get lengthy
