Food quality and consistency has been declining at this location over the last few years and the staffing standards are considerably declining
I am seriously done with this Taco Hell 😡 every time I come and get a quesadilla from the drive thru it is never cut!!! And most of the time not cooked all the way 👎🏻 like come on guys🙄 well today I went and got 2 quesadillas. One steak and the other chicken, one had steak labeled on it but inside it was chicken!!😡👎🏻.
My oldest forgot her purse there yesterday and we didn’t realize until we drove the 45 minutes home. They found it and put it in back for us. Huge shoutout and an even bigger thank you to the crew that reminded me there are still good, honest people in this country. Thank you all so much! You saved us stress, time and money we don’t have to spare. Y’all are heroes. Don’t ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
Great customer service and the store was clean and pleasant. The workers are all polite full 5 star
Made my order online... waited, waited, waited once app said order was ready went inside to pickup. Employee rudely said they never got the order questioned if order was made at the right location horrible attitude problem finally started the order once showing it as ready at this location showing order was ready. Wrong drink served with over cooked dried out nuggets along with everything else being stuffed in one bag. 45minutes+ already so wasn't going to wait any longer for anything more. By far the worst taco bell yet.
