So twice i have ordered and been very vocal about my order. This one is my last time forever at taco bell. I ordered 2 hard shell chicken tacos…turned down very firmley extras! Simple two tacos period. I looked at my receipt when i got home and was charged for tomatoes. Omg. .80 for two itty bitty , not wanted tomatoes week before i was charged for extra cheese after saying no twice. Horrible horrible way to run a business….done with taco bell. Taco time just a round the corner
The worst taco bell to order at every item you add to the order is followed by a attempted upcharge you disguised as a oh did you want that chicken or beef not making it clear that one option is an up charge. Other places at least have the dignity to say hey want to "add" beef not this place ever thing you order is followed by an annoying disguised attempt at upchargeing you slowing the whole process down and if your not following close attention racking up the price.
i’m honestly confused and a little annoyed that i was overcharged for ordering just 2 soft tacos. she added extra chicken and sour cream without asking me, making it an 11$ order that would originally just been 7$. ontop of the horrible drive thru construction i’m not returning.
