Had some Cinnamon twists last night and it smelled and tasted way off I don't know how to describe it like but the cinnamon was there but everything else about it was just bad. That's my only complaint
Stop the aggressive upselling! I was asked, "Do you wanna double the meat or sour cream on that?" "No." "Are you alright with sour cream on that?" "Is that extra?""Yes." That has got to be the most underhanded way to upsell something. You're making it sound like you're asking if I'm okay with theyre being sour cream on it... already. Not like you're asking AGAIN if I want extra sour cream.
