I was in town for the Seven Stars festival and my wife and I stopped into this particular Taco Bell because we were starving and exhausted from being in the car for 8 hours driving up from further south. I just now pulled in the parking lot and a man wearing a hoodie walked out of taco bell then yelled across the parking lot and asked me for money while I was in my car clearly on the phone.
