No sauce was applied to burritos even after having paid extra for extra sauces. One wasn't even filled half way & was a hallow wrap. Check your food before you leave, great service, crap assembly.
Frozen food on 12/14 , 4pm how is that even cool. Cold as heck
Check your order when using mobile pickup. Everytime. Missing several items and several other items missing ingredients.
There was a mixup in my order. I didn't know until I got home (my bad!). I went back (because it was a big order) and asked for the missing. They replaced the entire order without question. Check your orders, but the way they dealt with this mistake was admirable!!
