I don’t know what it is about this specific Taco Bell, but for whatever reason the taco that comes with my quesadilla often ends up being a chicken taco even when I specifically ask to make it the seasoned beef. And while I don’t expect Taco Bell food quality to be phenomenal or anything, this is a constant annoyance with something that tastes like nothing and costs more..
They have shorted my drive through order 3 times in a row! Please make sure you check your bag before leaving! They used to be great but now it's really gone down hill! They don't pay attention even when making the food because all the cheese or sour cream is in one bite at the end of the product as well as shorting my order! And all 3 times were different things so why is it so hard! And it wasn't even busy when I came through! When I called to say something all they say is you can come back. Taco Bell hasn't been good since the 90's
This is the best taco bell in the Olympia/Lacey area. Only taco bell that hasn't missed items when going through the drive through. Burrito build quality is excellent, customer service is great (they are nice but not annoying), they have a quick turn around on orders. I've lived near and ordered from every taco bell in this area countless times, this one is the one I consider to be the best.
It's Taco Bell. They have cheap Americanized Mexican food for the masses. They are always consistent.
