Wouldn't let you order unless you used the kiosk even with no other customers there.
Most of our food was fine, minus the 3 tacos with almost no meat in them. However, the restaurant itself was nasty, with overflowing garbage cans, literally every single table was dirty, and the floor was gross too. Because we ordered at the kiosk (the only option) and our bags were just put on the counter to pick up, we had no customer service to speak of.
Slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Better off just going to a restaurant you’ll get your food faster
