I ordered a cantina chicken bowl today and had to specifically ask one of the associates if there was a pick up order for me. The associates attitude was terrible! There was no communication between any of them and the people waiting to pick up orders AND there was no one at the counter to take walk in orders. The associate preparing the pick up orders also forgot to give me the large Pepsi I ordered.

Maybe i’ve been lucky each of the like 40 times I’ve been here but this is the best taco bell I have been to, not even kidding (and I’ve been to a lot)
Cal, Dash, and Tristan should all get a raise. Loved their energy and enthusiasm. I hope they get the equal amount of money and praise.
Arrived there at 10pm but it was closed.
