Ordered food from here 8/26/24 and everything except a soft taco and a burrito were wrong. Didn’t find out until I got home. Why give us the option to customize food if you’re still going to make it wrong? I’m allergic to the stuff that was on it that’s why I asked for it without….. do better Also mop the floors over in awhile…my shoes peeled off of them

Constantly missing items. I’ve about had it today. It took me several times of having missing items to leave this. Did not get Apple empanada, which is available early access to rewards members. Got a coupon for 1 free taco instead. If the item was not in stock then it should have been refunded to my card. I usually have a lot of patience, but I’ve started reporting the missing items through the app, which I know gets the employees dinged. I don’t want to have to go that route, but enough is enough already.
