Cynthia, the blonde haired girl in the drive thru is absolutely just rude. Everytime we come here they get our order wrong, even if we REPEAT IT several times. Its almost like its on purpose. These people think because they live in a small town they can hand out terrible service and I dont think thats right. I didnt receive my Baja blast, was told it wasn't on my order, and then had the window slammed on my face. Horrible location. It sucks that this is 1 of 2 of the only fast food places in silverton.
I waited almost 40 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me. Once I got my food, the red headed girl read my order back to me incorrectly 3 times and I told her no that’s not right so she finally fixes it and then proceeds to give me 3 incorrect items. My husband went back to say “we order stackers and you gave us double stack tacos” she goes “the stackers are on the kfc menu…” he said “no they are not.
