I just got done eating there, (nov 12th 7;30pm) I can say without a doubt best Taco Bell I’ve been to they took care of us well and were very nice, and got all our food right, and the place was clean and neat
very disappointed with bowls, try on 2 separate occasions and bought 2 bowls, very little meat and black beans, top layer covered in salad and mostly rice . NOT WORTH IT Chiplote and Panda express better bowls, less money, even WAWA has better bowls, take out bowls, ordered on line. STAY AWAY, Al Barcena

The SMW Taco Bell continues to disappoint. The customer service is always less than up to par but they've out done themselves by turning the lobby/dining area into an igloo! I'm not talking about it being cold in the place, I'm saying FRIGID. The temperature was so cold that customers, being complete strangers, were remarking about it. It is always cold in the place but today was unbearable. When I mentioned it to the server, she said,"you want your food in a bag?" Very indifferent and non-caring attitude.
