I had ordered some freezes for my kids and I ordered Strawberry Refresco freezes And a Baja blast freeze and my three Fresca freezes were made wrong when I brought it to Chris’s attention the manager who is on the floor at that time he said give him a couple minutes cause he was in the kitchen, so I was fine with that. We walked in and not a single person greeted us or asked us if we needed anything and they all looked at us standing there. Instead the older drive-thru guy cracked jokes to someone we couldn't see. I finally was able to get someone's attention to ask if they used soy to cook their chicken for the KFC side, stood there for 5 more minutes and had to ask someone else.
