Went there when they brought back enchrito, not able to order cheese fries online or kiosk
I’ve given this Taco Bell multiple chances, and after THREE separate bad experiences, I’m done. The first time, they refused to accept EBT even though they clearly advertise that they accept it with signs posted at the restaurant. Instead of simply explaining the situation or helping, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. The second time was even worse. This location Taco Bell was very clean. I am old fashioned and dont like ordering on those automated systems. I still prefer dealing with a person. I think because of that when I asked the employee for assistance and for the bathroom code she was slightly rude with her response. The food came out in a timely fashion and was hot.
Slowest service I've ever experienced at a taco bell. There's a chance they just forget half of your order at the drive-through, so you're just left sitting there until you can finally get someone else's attention. Also glad I wasted an extra $2 for slop piled in a bag with a taco shell laid atop. That's definitely the right way to bag a taco.
