Waited over 30 minutes for our food. What a joke. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to
Worst service ever. Workers ignored people at counter. I told them to cancel my order and the floor in the kitchen was filthy. Had food all over it and the 3 workers were just talking and chatting.
They never get my order right. They either add something i took off. Or they forgot to add the extra item to my bruito

I've been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting on my order. People are coming in to order and are being told that the wait might be over an hour. Wish they would've told me before I placed mine. They have 4 employees and for a while only one was actually making food. The others just stand around talking and looking at the order screen like something magic is going to happen.
