It was great service but you should not eat this food it's not healthy for you
It was Tuesday evening, August 19th. The manager was very rude to her staff and belittled him in front of all the customers. Making everyone wait for their food while yelling at him and making him correct the order.
We went to this location today. Upon arriving, we tried to order a midnight Baja (one of the new menu items) and was told it was out of stock. No big deal, it happens. We continued ordering and ordered another new menu item, the steak cheesy melt burrito. Once we arrived home, we realized the burrito was not in the bag. Just an unfortunate event since we live about 15 minutes away and didn’t want to go back. So, fair warning, check your bag before leaving so you don’t pay for an item you won’t receive!
The portions that you provide are shrinking. Burritos are no longer burritos. They are a wad of tortilla, with a slight amount of whatever should be in the burrito. Quality is average too. Managers need to start managing. Fix your issues people complain about on these reviews.
