They have to try to be as slow as they are here. This is exceptionally bad!
This location is one of the worst. Always takes forever to get your food.
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Taco Bell. I placed and paid for my order online, and I have now been waiting over 45 minutes for my food. Had I not already paid for the order through the app, I would have left long ago. Being essentially locked into the purchase made the excessive wait even more frustrating. Food was not well wrapped. Wait was 30 minutes in drive through. Managers obviously aren't paying workers enough and not training either. Workers readily admit they are high on weed and don't care. Maybe if Taco bell spent a fraction of it's marketing budget on$17-19 an hour for basic employees they might not have a problem of keeping employees. Taco Bell also closes way earlier then what the hours say. 3 year Update: 5 staff members chilling in the lobby while the food wait time is closer to 45 minutes these days.
Kuna Idaho Taco Bell: I thought I would never be writing a review especially on Taco Bell but here we are. First of all if I could give zero stars I would. What an absolute shit show this was. I ordered my food for mobile pick up and showed up to the store about 15 minutes after and then proceeded to wait another hour before my order was called.
