I stopped by this location on Friday, October 17 around 10:30pm. It was busy(probably due to the high school football game earlier that night) and I was in a bad mood. I have to say, there was an Anna J working the drive thru window, and she was awesome. She was polite, courteous, and attentive. We placed an order for $32 worth of food last night. When we got up to the window they informed us that they didn’t have all the ingredients to complete our order. We took what we could at 9pm at night and they promised to replace our entire order the next day. We got home and everything was cold after they prepared our meal in the drive thru and we had to come into the establishment to discuss this further. I came to the drive thru at 1:45 A.M Oct 9th when I got to the speaker the guy said they were out of ALL FOOD but could give us a drink. You are out of tortillas and cheese like come on. They obviously broke down the line early, then shutdown the grill and told customers they were outta food because they didn't want to do their job. Completely unprofessional and a really bad look.
Terrible experience, ordered delivery and it told me ieta 2:05, at 330 I went to bed, woke up and found at 345 I got a text telling me their delivery person couldn't find my house. Would not reccomend ordering delivery from here you wont get your food.
The worst Taco Bell for someone who makes delivery, 25 minutes standing in his lobby waiting for an order that never came out, his workers are not even interested in knowing why someone is standing in front of them for almost half an hour? Because none, despite turning to see me on several occasions, had the intention of knowing why he was there all that time.
