We placed a mobile order, the woman in the picture ignored us at the drive thru and once we drove up to the actual window. She refused to give us our drinks and ignored us, looking past at the cars behind. She claimed that we disrespected her prior to the drive thru. I explained to her that it was a misunderstanding and the situation she was talking about didn’t involve us at all. She once again refused to listen.
