I love me some TB bu since moving to self order machines this place SUUUUCKS. Its always understaffed (2-3 people working the line and 1 person on drive thur) , cant get anyone to acknowledge you at the dine in counter. The tables are always dirty. On top of all these cost cutting saving the prices continue to go up. The staff can be pretty rude but then again that are being paid $15 a hour to do the job of 3 people so i cant really blame them
The Taco Bell app did not work
They messed my order, refused a refund after 30 minutes of waiting because they "completed my order". Didn't give me my drinks and the manager chose to speak broken English to prevent clearing anything up. My receipt said 60 dollars charged after 33 dollar order. This place is a scam. Check your receipts and avoid the drive threw if you can. Avoid this Taco Bell.
