What is the point of the app? If you use it you still wait & wait. I waited in the drive thru line at the window for 10 minutes waiting to pick up an order from the app. They said a big order came in before me and they couldn't handle my order. I was almost afraid to eat my food because the manager got so rude & defensive when I asked for a refund. I was told I'd have to apply online for my refund. There were 7 cars behind me waiting too. Love the burritos and hard taco's
I'm going to have to pick up where someone left off two months ago but before I do, as a new customer I'm disappointed. When you order Bell Grande meal that hard shell Taco was not a hard shell all the way across. Beit the meat being too greasy or a surface that wasn't dry from cleaning, I have to agree I wouldn't eat this for fear of cross contamination to save my life. The young girl who was just working there in the past 10 minutes was rude and had no customer service. This Taco Bell should either rehire their entire team or have them all complete a customer service course.
