I am very glad they got rid of the AI voice in the drive-thru, and when I got my burritos, one with sour cream and one without, the one with sour cream had "yes sour cream 😊" written on it, which made me happy, so yeah, thank you for getting better, Taco Bell.
One of the better taco bells in the area food is fresh staff is always friendly
Went to buy value meal didn't get all my order the girl at window was awful at customer service we all have a bad day but customer service is important I go to this location always never had any issues til today. Then tried calling about my missing items I ordered and phone won't even ring smh this is a business who am I suppose to tt for my missing items. And adding to that never had cold meats in my tacos honestly like it wasn't even in a warmer smh
I never really had a problem with this Taco Bell compared to others and staff is really nice, but this is kinda funny and ridiculous.
