Drive thru. Check your order. I ordered food and at the first window added 2 more burritos. When we got to the second window... I confirmed with the employee, "Is this the tacos AND the add'l burritos... We added to the order". She said YES, everything is in there. Get home.... And NOPE. I didn't go back (probably should have, but it had been a long day and kids were hungry). It's so frustrating
Service was bad, to make it even worse, ac system temperature was so hot inside the building,I ask they said temperature was controlled digitally and couldn't be adjusted.
Nothing wrong here today. The crispy chicken is now very good and it works well with the avocado ranch burrito. Also liked the new dulce de Leche Cinnabon delights.
My bean and cheese burrito was highly neglected with beans and cheese. More tortilla than anything.
