This is one of the worst Taco Bells I've been to. Many others frustrated at the service as well. Unfriendly. Slow slow slow. Hot inside. Did I mention Unfriendly?

I'm so disappointed with my experience here today. First, they couldn't find my mobile order, even when presented with the order number from the app, and then after finding and making my order they just put it up on a shelf to get soggy and didn't call out my name and give it to me. It was a chore to get an employee to come to the counter to help me, and when they did, they seemed very upset they had to speak to a customer. They also did not give me my requested sauces.

Honestly one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve had. I ordered two chalupas and they were dripping in oil — and not good oil either. You could literally taste how bad and old it was with every single bite. Disgusting. On top of that, the portions were a joke. The chalupas were barely filled — like, what am I even paying for here? The mini taco salad was even worse. The shell was completely stale and the smell coming off of it was awful. I spent over 20 minutes waiting in the drive-through tonight while I was doing Doordash and the girl with the glasses and short hair told me to go to the front and that they’re doing what they can. I waited another 20 minutes in the front and they were letting all the cars go by, but not one person came out for Doordash orders. That was so unprofessional. There was at least three of us outside. I ended up having to unassign the orders and thank God I didn’t get penalized, because I waited so long. I tried to get her attentio... read more
