Such a horrible place. The workers are beyond rude, and lack basic service skills. They have no idea what customer service is, people constantly waiting long times in the lobby, and yet NONE of the workers show their faces out in the lobby to help anybody. The workers inside don’t care if they mess up your order. Orders are constantly being messed up or they’re made sloppy. Water dripping onto our food from the ceiling in multiple places. Potatoes burnt. Asked to pay for free water. App said no Pepsi but there was Pepsi. Burritos both had sour cream when I ordered no sour cream. They did fix the burritos which was helpful. Not the best taco bell.
Outstanding food, especially for vegetarians.
Very unpleasant female working the window and the Intercom. Asked specifically for “a lot of” sauce packets, I ordered 3 different things and one single packet was put in the bag.
