We had some trouble working the interactive ordering pad. Although, she was short staffed and mostly working alone, the lady behind the counter didn't hesitate to come out and help us to get what we were wanting. So sweet, she joked with my daughter and made time for us while still maintaining the drive thru orders that were flooding in. A true master at multitasking. I wish I had gotten her name, but to the wonderful black lady with her hair in a ponytail and French tip nails, we thank you!
Ordered a mini taco bowl, was actually pretty cute...jist the snack i was looking for. Unfortunately, they doubled the refried beans and left out the ground beef. Not much of a loss there. What was a problem, was the argument I had to listen to between a manager and an employee....the ENTIRE time I was eating my beans. If you have to repeat yourself 83 times...the other person isnt going to get it!! I have low standards - somehow tacos bell always fails to meet them.
This is around 10pm So Normally dont have a problem with this taco bell, but tonight I was giving my order and the lady taking my order repeated it back and I wanted to make sure they didn't put lettuce or tomatoes on 2 of my tacos and the person taking my order sounded like she had a attitude and asked if I can see the screen stated "she read it back to me"which she did i just couldn't see the screen and wanted to make sure kindly if they got that and gotten what seemed like attitude so then I asked for Diablo sauce and fir... read more
