Very bad experience at this Taco Bell. I went to pick up an order on Friday, October 24th 2025 around 9:15 PM and had to wait over 30 minutes while the employees kept helping drive-thru customers who arrived after me. When I asked about my order, the employee at the window just told me to wait. Another employee said he didn’t speak Spanish, and the blonde woman working next to him rudely told him not to respond to me. Food was hot and fresh
I want to file a formal complaint about the service I received at this Taco Bell location. On Saturday, October 8th, around 8:00 p.m., I placed a mobile order and had to wait over 30 minutes without receiving it. During that time, one of the employees (a young man with a mustache) completely ignored me when I tried to speak to him. I honestly felt discriminated against and disrespected. Just passing thru on a trip, food was hot, came out fast, and accurate! Staff was very nice and answered all questions we had in a kind manner.
