Hey upper management needs to come down here and teach these workers to not only use the gift cards thats on the app/website but also dont allow the worker to pick there nose and then grab a drink for someone's order through the drive through. Thats unyigienic and repulsive I skipped this order because of that. Also please only have one person talking in the drive through speakers not multiple people thats confusing.
