Doing online ordering is my way, but still have to check and see if they got it right.
My wife and I enjoy Taco Bell's food, but the service was not good. They didn't include any of the sauces that we ordered. We went back and they said they were out of some, and some wasn't "made up". It was like pulling teeth but they made the creamy jalapeño sauce. The ones they were out of (which were not free, they cost us money), they refused to offer any resolution or replacement. We are highly dissatisfied with this experience.
The staff today was amazing. The food was hot, fresh, and flavored. I witnessed the staff helping other customers and Ryan G. helped me. I'm just pa passing through, but I'll return when I'm in the area.
