I would give this place 0 stars for customer service. I was waiting in line to place my order. The gentleman asked for the check in number, I gave it to him and he didn't respond back to me. I waited there for about 5 minutes saying hello and did you get my check in number and are you still there, can anyone hear me and still no response which was pretty freaking rude. So as I was exiting the drive thru I stopped at the window and 2 gentleman were standing there talking to each other. Good job taco bell for the way you treat... read more
