I don't understand for the life of me, why I can't get hot, fresh food from here! This is only in 3 trips. 1st trip- the Gordita bread was stale. I sent it back, as u could barely bite into it. When they re-made it fresh, it was great. 2nd trip - sitting in the lobby just to be served cold food. I sent it back. Why would they think that was acceptable?
