didn't want service me cause was walking and just got off some don't always have cars you know had me standing outside for at least 30 minutes before they even told me they wouldn't even help me y'all need to find those two and get new people in because they're not on their job just because somebody walk through the walk through the drive-thru they should be served if they got money
I had a poor customer service experience at the Taco Bell on N. Fort Hood Street. When I went inside to place my order, the young lady at the counter acted like she didn’t want to take my order. I asked her if she was going to help me, and she told me to use the kiosk instead. I explained that I don’t use the kiosk because my order is customized and easier to explain to a person.
