Very nice place, Employees were super nice. Place was deeply clean and the food was delicious!
The customer service was horrible, two workers took up the kiosks while they ordered their food and no one came to help at the counter. Had to wait a good 5 minutes until someone came to take our order. They continuously forgot customers drinks including mine and my friends so we had to wait another 10 minutes until someone came over and asked why we were standing there and what we needed. It also smelled badly, like a toilet. Food was absolutely amazing though, I just wish they were more friendly.
Spent almost 25 minutes in the drivetru with only one person ahead of me, getting one item and me as well. Received a Crunchwrap with 2 PIECES of steak. How do you take the most reputable fast service chain, and make it that inefficient! Lol
I asked for a beefy 5 layer burrito no Sour cream and got a soft shell taco wrapped in a burrito tortilla. What the actual heck. Focus on your customers orders coming out right instead of laughing and giggling like you're at an amusement park.
