The cashier was mad coo. I liked her vibe a lot. Customer service was immaculate. Loveeee it! My fries were cold once I got home and I live 3 minutes away. Other than that I'd go back to this location.
Forgot an item in my order. I understand it’s late, but it’s still frustrating to be missing items.
I’ve gone here for around 5-10 years. Always amazing service, clean, great food. The only item they’ve ever forgotten was the hot sauce packets which are free anyway. Last night I ordered door dash and realized one of my items had beef in it (I don’t eat beef). I called Taco Bell directly and asked if there’s any way they could change the beef to chicken and they did! Usually that costs extra so that was very nice of them.
