Abysmal service. Elderly lady shoulder length brown hair. Instead of just saying she was sorry for getting the order wrong. She decided to look me straight in the eyes and argue. Customer service people listen, if you get it wrong say your sorry(even if it wasn't your fault) and say," I will get that right out to you! I'm so sorry that was not what you asked for. " being right or being wrong. Kindness keeps customers. That lady will lose you customers. Zero respect for her job or her employer.
