We are staying in the hotel near by. We are in a semi, so we can't go through the drive thru. My boyfriend walked over there tonight to order and they closed the lobby down early and locked the doors and then wouldn't answer him when he tried to walk through the drive through. What a shitty thing to do when someone just needs food, two hours before close. Maybe the right person will see this.
Unfortunately we touched the fries in the bag on top and was cold… asked for some that were fresh. Spent 75.00 for myself, husband and 2 daughters 12 and 15… got to truck and all food was cold not just the fries. Was handed the hot fries in container, no bag just said they are hot. Another customer had went through the window and was missing items also.
I asked for Jalapeño and extra shredded cheese on my burrito and they took that literally. Who thought this is what I meant?
Everyone was nice and the food came within a reasonable amount of time. The food was delicious and came with my correct modifications!
