took over an hour to get my food and then got it and all the nacho sauce spilled all over the food because they didn’t take time making the food at all
Went to pick up a couple chicken tacos. Inside was closed, supposedly because toilets were out of order so had to go to the drive thru. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a drive through!!! Orders are taken via an AI tool. Horrible!! I kept repeating my order various ways because it couldn’t understand. I wanted chicken tacos with no lettuce- not a hard order. I would have left the line except it was for my granddaughter. I will never go to another Taco Bell drive through in my life!! AI sucks
One of the worst foods i have tasted, idk how you guys like this franchise
