The lady didn’t put one of burritos in our bag so we went back through the drive through to get them and she said that they let us of the hook this one time but she knows she put it in there. She clearly didn’t… I was looking right in the bag and it was no where to be seen. Will not be returning to the Greenville Taco Bell with those kind of attitudes.
Very fast customer service
Messed up my order then the girl was rude about it. This location seems stingy with portions of beans etc. Always forget to give you a cup for drinks ordered, like every time.
Fail#1: the touch screen customers must use to place their food order is too close to the pickup counter. This results in customers waiting for their food crowding out those trying to or waiting to place their order. Fail#2: the touch screen on the left has never worked in all the 5 times I've placed an order. Fail#3: the right hand touch screen is absolutely filthy. Disgusting. The food is always good, but I am very upset about my nacho cheese cups. There is nothing in them. That is not enough nacho cheese for five fries also the drinks where terrible😖.
