Absolutely very limited parking space, so crowded around noon.
the kiosk thing is garbage. not very easy to navigate. makes the workers lazy. customer service is what drives the good industry, take away the human interaction you take away the experience an dollars. these ladies here did their best, so i have it a3. but honestly the kiosk things is crap an you can't modify your order as much as you could with a human taking your order very busy when we went. the kiosks take away from seating areas as well. these people are paid to give customer service, not just wear the taco bell unifor... read more
I have lived in Lapine for the past 15 years, and this is one of the only taco bells that I have enjoyed. When they changed the interior, I was sad, as I loved the old retro look. There was a time I had stopped coming because of an individual that consistently upset me, but otherwise the service has been wonderful. I do hate the new kiosk feature/system, and may stick to drive through from now on.
The two loud and obnoxious females make this place trash. Terrible customer service and mock customers
The tables were sticky, food took forever, there was hair in the GROUND and it was very dirty
