Don’t waste your time going to this location. The employees will be inside of the Store and not taking orders. They can at least put a sign on the doors and through drive-through to warn people that they are closed during business hours. They watched me walk up to the door, looked at me and laughed and didn’t even answer me through the drive-through. I would highly recommend to avoid this store.
Consistently “out” of products when you order past 8pm. I’m starting to believe they may just start cleaning the grills early and don’t want to take orders, because this has happened to me 4 times after getting off work and wanting a bite to eat. I legitimately can’t understand how a business can constantly have the same issue and not fix it. If they are actually out of products maybe, idk, order more? I hate this place I was trying to use promo card and they would not except it
Owner’s Attention If you continue to have employees like this, this location won’t last long. Every time I visit, there’s always an excuse to avoid taking food orders. A few days ago, I was told the system was down and asked to come inside to place my order — yet cars behind me were being served just fine. Yesterday around 9pm, (same person) I was told they were only accepting Grubhub orders. When I drove past the window, the employees were laughing at me, clearly showing they had no interest in working or serving customers.... read more
The food and service is much better than in the past. I stopped coming for a while because of it. I will definitely come more often since the issues appear to be fixed. Thanks!!
