This is a seriously poorly run restaurant. Dirty floors, atrocious employees, gross food. They got my order wrong then argued with me about it and told me I must have punched it in wrong on the kiosk. I absolutely did not. They refused to fix it then asked me to leave the store when I insisted that they correct the issue. The clerk was rude not only to me but also to other guests and his fellow employees, calling them names and complaining loudly about the orders as they came in. Totally unprofessional and childish. The food was cold the grease was old the employees were young
55 minutes waiting for our food. They had us pull into the parking lot after not even getting our order right. Good thing I noticed it on the receipt and had the correct it. You can barely hear them in the drive-thru speaker and they just dont pay attention. I went in to get a refund after almost an hour and they didnt even know how to do that. Ownership needs to fire whoever they have running that place.
