My order was messed up when I got it, we went back inside to have it fixed and it was messed up still after I got it back.
I don’t usually complain, but the service here has gotten consistently worse, and it’s frustrating. Orders are almost always slow I’ve received multiple free taco cards at this point, which says a lot. While I appreciate the gesture, it shouldn’t be happening often enough to need compensation. I’ve even had to turn my car off in the drive-thru because of how long it takes. Today was especially bad. Went there today and food was terrible a lot of onions was bunched to one side so as soon as I bit into it I got a mouth full of onions my crunch wrap was super flat because there was no meat or cheese or even lettuce basically just shell
Absolutely crazy that we had an online order ened up having to wait at the speaker for over 20 minutes because we had already paid and couldn't just leave
