Try to order at kiosk. My phone is registering it has a tap to pay but isn't actually reading it so must be faulty. It intructs me to pay at counter. I go up to counter. I wait at counter for ten minutes with 0 acknowledgement from staff even when they walk up to it to hand someone else their food. Look I'm not demanding like bubbly service with food immediately but if your staff can't acknowledge someone standing at the cash registers long enough to check them out or even go "Did you order yet? If i could give 0 stars I would. I placed a order in the app for pickup when I got to the restaurant about 15 minutes after placing it they knew nothing about my order. I waited almost a hour and then left. No food. Mind you I wasn't the only one waiting for their order in the lobby no worker spoke to us or nothing we had to spoke up but they no problem giving the people in the drive through there orders. I want my money. Close this location or get good workers.
Always good. Kenneth usually is in the back and brings me my food. Great Employee. When they get busy you have to order from The kiosk.
