Service too bad! Long wait times at night time
I went there last night around midnight and had the worst service I’ve ever had a Taco Bell. I don’t even think I’ll ever go to another Taco Bell again. I pulled up to the drive-through window and there was a large roach outside the window then I received my food and the tacos barely had any ground beef in them. I then drove around to ask for a replacement. The replacement looked exactly the same. Terrible service. We waited 30 minutes for someone to serve us, and no one came to the register. I think they have very bad service at the Taco Bell in Katy.
