This was the best Taco Bell experience I have had in a long time, and I go to a lot of Taco Bells. The food preparation was exemplary, with each ingredients in my CrunchWrap supreme and spicy potato taco distributed evenly in both of their respective tortillas. An employee greeted us and also came out to ensure we were enjoying our meal. I’d certainly return.
Lunch during the week there are never problems. Evenings and weekends something is wrong with order every time
The AI at the drive thru makes things so much more difficult than they need to be, and some of the workers are always in a bad mood- which I totally understand- but why take it out on the customers?

I have had good experiences with some of the staff and some bad experiences with one staff that’s always rude and horrible customer service. I’m still waiting on a refund on my meal. After him slamming the window on me for driving up to the window because the speaker wasn’t working. He told me I didn’t tell you that you could come up to the window.
