Awful experience. I didn't get what I ordered and the staff was extremely unhelpful and have zero customer service skills. I wasn't given an item I ordered and on top of that I clearly ordered beef and got Chicken. I called to speak to a manager and then got passed of to another supposed manager to repeat the issue all over again. I hung up. A customer shouldn't have to go through all this just to get what they ordered and be treated with a little respect.
This was the best Taco Bell experience I have had in a long time, and I go to a lot of Taco Bells. The food preparation was exemplary, with each ingredients in my CrunchWrap supreme and spicy potato taco distributed evenly in both of their respective tortillas. An employee greeted us and also came out to ensure we were enjoying our meal. I’d certainly return.
Lunch during the week there are never problems. Evenings and weekends something is wrong with order every time
The AI at the drive thru makes things so much more difficult than they need to be, and some of the workers are always in a bad mood- which I totally understand- but why take it out on the customers?
