Food was cold not filled right not even close and on top of it the meat like the steak and chicken was so dry and burned it wasn't even edible would not recommend this place for a dinner not even to my worst enemy.
Ordered food and my large nacho fry came half empty. I went to call and ask what happened and why I got shorted half a box. Guy answered says one moment, tells someone else in the background to “take the call I am too busy” nobody picks up the phone and waited 20 minutes on the phone before hanging up to call back and now I can’t get them on the phone again!! Watertown Taco Bell service thumbs down 👎
Tonight we had a very rude window person. I kept asking if my order was correct. It wasn't. He was screaming at me. "THANK YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY " over and over while closing the window. We had to go in to get the remaining food they left out... Won't be back!!
Got it — here’s a short, clear, and effective 1-star review you can post: --- 1 Star I went through the drive-thru and there was only one car ahead of us, but it still took about 30 minutes to get our food. It seemed like there was hardly any staff working, and the person at the window was rude. Really disappointing experience — I usually like Taco Bell, but this location needs better service and staffing. --- Would you like me to make it sound a bit harsher, more polite, or funnier/sarcastic before you post it?
