Orders are accurate, the drive-thru moves quickly, and the team actually seems to care. That’s rare these days. If you’re in Lakeland and want Taco Bell done right, this is the spot. This has been the nastiest restaurant I’ve been to. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days, floors are dirty in the restaurant, food and trash everywhere and the kitchen? Not even going there. It’s so sad to see a fast food restaurant in this conditions. Maybe it was a rough day but that restaurant needs to be kept cleaned.

The manager named elexis was awesome 👌 she helped me pick out the best option for my picky eater and upsold from the combo to the size drinking the donation definitely earned her tittle
