The chicken in my protein bowl was burnt and so hard I could not chew it. This isn't the first time, but I have them a 2nd chance. The people working there seem annoyed that you're there. I also don't like that you're directed to use the kiosk instead of the person standing there doing nothing that child take your order. Sadly I'll pass on this location from now on.
Unclean restrooms. This was at 10am. Management was notified.
Don't like that they always tell me to wait at the intercom in drive thru after giving the name of who I'm picking up the food. For what do I have to wait? And they do that to keep me there until their finished with the car at the window. Now that's ridiculous. Another visit as I ordered my food through the app. Since I'm picking up 2 deliveries, I get told I have to come back around and I said, no. I'm not wasting my gas.
