Was sent here to buy some stuff for my partner and they had a bunch of attitude after having to wait 5 whole minutes to get my order.
I went today to change my order. The employee very politely called up her manager. The manager was very sweet and greeted me with a pleasant smile. I explained her the issue. She resolved it very quickly and in a very well manner. Both, the employee and manager were very warm.
