I went today to change my order. The employee very politely called up her manager. The manager was very sweet and greeted me with a pleasant smile. I explained her the issue. She resolved it very quickly and in a very well manner. Both, the employee and manager were very warm.
this place is hit or miss but tonight really sucked. this older white dude with glasses gave me baja blast freezes that were already starting to melt. no problem, I get it because it was busy and so he probably filled it while I was in line. usually I just ask if they could fill another one and most people are chill about it and will do it no not this guy lol he was very rude and gave me a lot of attitude. saying “come on bro I just poured it out.” literally right before I was next, he gave the drinks accidentally to the car... read more
