I had to use a kiosk to put my order in, no workers pay attention to you, the dining room wat filthy, no real service to speak of.
The slowest Taco Bell I’ve been to. Ordered online 30 min ahead and still had to wait 20 min and they got half of my order wrong.
Everyone inside was angry waiting and complaining to each other. Other customers coming out of the store cursing about the experience. I sat for 30minutes waiting while drive thru order and order sent out nonstop. 0 communication or apology from the staff. I will absolutely tell the bell about my experience on the main website. And my grilled cheese burrito is the size of a cheese rollup. Ridiculous and Amateur Management.
