I was in the bathroom with no toilet paper so I called the front desk to ask for some and they just hung up on me.
After already waiting at speaker to order for 6 minutes we waited again at window after paying for over 45 minutes. The young guy was to busy dancing and eating !!! He wasn't even wearing his headset, instead he had ear phones in and headset laying around his neck. We paid at 10:04 and at 10:22 still didn't get order. We waited around 15 more minutes before he handed food out. We ask for straws and he said " sorry my bad, I suck at this". Now I know yall desperate for employees but damn yall need to do better. Cantina Chicken bowl is great!
They were so nice to me I think the lady's name was Nancy but they were already closed and i rolled up on A bike and she still let me get something! Thanks guys
Waited inside for almost 45 minutes while they continued to serve the drive through first before making our food
