I have never received spectacular service here, but yesterday was the worst. As I was waiting on my family's order, I observed a worker drop a glove, pick it up, put it on, and begin preparing food. I ask the cashier to speak to the manager. Come to find out it was the manager on duty. I told her what I saw. She told me, "It didn't touch anything." I told her, "I saw you."
