I literally walked .5 miles while waiting for my kiosk order. Here is the problem. The kiosk is treated the same as a mobile order. Meaning there is a 15-20 min eta on it. They gave us our meal 2 minutes after it was scheduled. But we waiting for over 20 minutes for it in the dining area. While ALL the drive thru were getting served. Worst experience ever. And our food was cold after all that.
Staff really needs to keep their family thats hanging out in the lobby quiet so they aren't screaming to the kitchen and bothering guest.
