Ordered 3 nachos with cheese and3 cinnamon twists. And a 3 chalupas. They all tasted like Turpintine or paint thinner. I don't know if the oil was extremely old or something was dumped into it. But all were inedible. Called and told the manager about it. He said he'll check it out and hung up on me.
Honestly, the portions are embarrassing compared to every other taco bell in a 5 mile radius. I only went here because it closes later than the one near me. Go somewhere else if you want slightly better portions on already overpriced food.

My sisters came to take me to a Birthday Lunch. Mistakingly we chose the west valley Taco Bell and it was a Horrific experience. There was literally NO customer service AT ALL!!! I had to ask for a rag to clean a table to sit down and eat!!! It was disgusting! The staff was rude and it was FULL of high school kids! Worst experience ever! And let's be honest.... it's not like they are cheap!!!! It was horrible! If I could give minus scores I would have given a negative 10!! 🥺 absolutely sucked!!!
Pretty gross and barely any steak or regular beef in anything.
