This place has gotten so much better yes it takes time to get orders out at times but they do their best with what they have great place very friendly
I went to taco bell at 4:14 pm on 10-31-25 I ordered two party packs one of the party packs supreme one regular soft tacos the meat was cold let alone most of the supreme tacos didn’t have sour cream like are you kidding me this is the second problem I’ve had with them
First off waited forever for someone to take our order. Secondly, they took over 20 minutes to make two boxes. Seems like the manager that ran the plattsburg pizza hut into the ground is running this place into the ground as well. The lobby is filthy too.
Lobby is VERY dirty, even qt open. Drink station not stocked. Bathrooms dirty. Lobby floors greasy and sticky even on rugs. Windows are nasty and tables left dirty from night before. Burrito shells cold. Employees don't even try to correct these issues. They just walk around.
Very shitty service. Waited for 15 minutes and didn't even take my order. Terrible!!
